Tribute to Grace Grenache Rosé

We opted for a full skin-fermentation for a portion of this wine. The remainder was foot-tread by our sacred familia on harvest day: the annual grace-dance included Mum & Pete, Godpa Si also straight from Kiwiland, and then our wāhine grace fam: alongside bubbles, laughter, and so much joy.

A long, slow, cool fermentation ensued. The finished wine aged sur lie in stainless before being bottled under a Leo moon on December 20, 2024
