Isastegi's Sagardo Naturala is a traditional Basque cider (sagardo) made from a blend of primarily sharp apple varieties, including Errezil. Natural yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Notes of apple skin, orchard floor, pear, and mandarine zest. Pairs well with Filipino pork adobo or fish tacos. A classic, traditional style cider from Spain.
